I'm a Quality Engineering leader with 12+ years building and scaling quality functions in the Israeli technology industry. I work at the intersection of quality, automation, and applied AI — designing test strategies, release processes, and QA organizations from the ground up.
My approach is automation-first and systems-oriented: quality as architecture and process, not just defect-finding. Lately I've focused on how QE changes in the GenAI era — shifting automation ownership toward developers and applying AI agents pragmatically, not as hype.
As a quality freak and testing geek, I founded IGG Quality Expert Services — consulting, training, and process audits that help startups build testing processes matched to their business goals.

Community
